Job Description

WebMax Solution is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA / Tester Intern to support our development team in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our digital products.

This is an unpaid internship opportunity designed for learning, skills development, and industry exposure.

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and digital product environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing websites, web applications, and mobile applications

• Identify, document, and report bugs and system issues

• Perform manual testing across different devices and browsers

• Support the development team in improving product quality

• Help track and manage issues using testing or project management tools

• Participate in basic user experience (UX) and functionality testing

Minimum Requirements

• Studying towards or recently completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic understanding of software development or testing concepts

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and ability to work in a team

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have (Advantageous)

• Basic knowledge of testing tools or bug tracking systems

• Understanding of websites, apps, or coding fundamentals

• Interest in QA, software testing, or product development
